How do I reset my password?

To continue the process of resetting your password, type your User Name and click the Continue button.

What does the Back button do?

The Back button returns you to the home page without resetting your password. Any information you entered will not be saved.

What does the Continue button do?

When you click the Continue button, the system searches for the user name and will attempt to send an email with a reset password link to the email address you entered for your account.

What does clicking the HHS logo do?

Clicking the HHS logo in the upper left hand corner of the application allows you to return to the home page. Information not saved before clicking the logo will not be saved.
