How do I report a change?

Click the link for the information to be changed. For example, click the Household Members link to change household member information. You will be taken to another page to make the change.

What does the Upload Documents button do?

Click Upload Documents to attach supporting documents.

What does the Cancel Change and Exit button Cancel and Exit Button button do?

The Cancel Change and Exit button returns you to the home page. The information remains as shown.

How do I leave this page?

You have two options to leave the page without making changes. Click the Cancel Change and Exit button or the Home hyperlink Home Button. When you click either button, you will be returned to the home page.
