The Update Contact Information page is where you update the phone numbers, addresses and other contact information for your online profile.

What does the Save and Exit button Save Changes Button do?

Click the Save and Exit button to save any updates and exit to the page displaying Your changes have been saved.

What does the Close button Close Button do?

Click the Close button to return to the home page without saving changes.

What does the Back button Back Button do?

Click the Back button to return to the Update Personal Information page without saving changes.

What does the Save and Continue button Save Changes Button do?

The Save and Continue button saves your answers and navigates you to the Select Address page.

What does clicking the HHS logo do?

Clicking the HHS logo in the upper left hand corner of the application allows you to return to the home page. Information not saved before clicking the logo will not be saved.
