Why do I need to answer security questions?

These questions confirm your identity. You answer them when you do not know your user name. When you answer them correctly, you can recover your user name.

What does the Continue button do?

The Continue button takes you to the Forgot User name Confirmation page where you can view your user name.

What does the Back button do?

The Back button takes you back to Forgot User Name page.

What does clicking the HHS logo do?

Clicking the HHS logo in the upper left hand corner of the application allows you to return to the home page. Information not saved before clicking the logo will not be saved.
